Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Apex Global Services

As we provide professional IT consulting and digital services, refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Consultation Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Project-Based Services

A refund request may only be considered before project work has commenced.

Once project planning, design, development, implementation, or consulting has started, payments are generally non-refundable due to the allocation of time and resources.

Subscription or Managed Services

Monthly managed services may be canceled at any time by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused service periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Cancellation

If the client cancels a project after work has started, payments made for completed milestones and work performed are non-refundable.

Company Cancellation

If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to us, we may provide:

  • A partial refund, 
  • A full refund, or 
  • Service credits, 

at our sole discretion.

Third-Party Costs

Fees paid for domains, hosting, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, advertising, SSL certificates, or third-party services are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Make payments according to agreed schedules 
  • Obtain necessary licenses or permissions for content provided 

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in project proposals or invoices.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of materials they provide. 
  • Ownership of custom-developed deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received. 
  • We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property. 

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the course of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Global Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for high-quality service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party providers such as cloud platforms, hosting companies, payment gateways, software vendors, or APIs. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party services.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project in accordance with the agreed contract terms. Outstanding invoices for completed work remain payable upon termination.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which [Company Name] is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms
